Eclipse boot camp is a result-driven conditioning class. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to enhance your level of fitness. We will help transform your body into what you have been trying so hard to achieve, and stay that way. Our progressive and innovative approach to exercise make this class fun and effective. The workouts are quick, convenient, and challenging. Fitness boot camp workouts include cardiovascular, endurance, resistance training, strength training, and core work.
Our boot camp classes are continuously being developed to keep motivation levels high. No two workouts are the same to keep your body progressing and prevents boredom that many people experience after committing to a long-term fitness regimen.
Each new member will be provided with an initial assessment which includes:
- Body Fat Testing
- Circumference Measurements
- Personal fitness recommendation based on specific needs
